Funmi began her career as an entrepreneur in Lagos Nigeria and currently works part time as a Real Estate agent in the Catskill area. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Olabisi Onabanjo University (Nigeria) and a Master in Business Administration from SUNY.

Funmi moved to New York in 2015 as a resident and has since lived in Rensselaerville (a historic village in the Northwest corner of New York’s Hudson Valley).

Funmi’s work was selected and featured in the 2020 Exhibition by Artists of the Mohawk-Hudson Region.
